A family in a tight-knit Cape Breton community loses their daughter to the big smoke - TO. How to stay in touch when long distance calls costs so much? Follow this odd ball family and their quirky neighbours through an entire year of shenanigans as Mom records every detail on cassette tapes to send her in the mail.
