On August 6, 2022 join for an afternoon of fun celebrating the Gaelic arts and the first concert on the hill since 2019. A Cape Breton tradition for over 6 decades, fiddlers, step-dancers, pipers, and more, come together to treat visitors to traditional Nova Scotia Gaelic culture in this outdoor concert on our new Welcome Centre stage overlooking the scenic Bras d’Or Lake. This year marks the 62nd Annual Highland Village Day Concert and will pay tribute to the late Hector Mackenzie, concert founder and long time emcee. As our "Welcome back to the Hill," this year's concert will have free admission. 2-6 pm
